As a distribution owner, finding a good lab is like finding a good doctor, you want someone you can trust and who is very knowledgeable about their field. After dealing with a few other companies, undoubtedly my business goes to Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs. The staff is friendly, always on time with speedy turnarounds and they check in with me to make sure my needs are met. This is the best lab we have had the pleasure of working with. We have worked with a lot of labs over the past year and we have seen our fair share of disappointment. This could be from slow turn around times, double charging on invoices, lack of communication and the list goes on. However, when we began working with Infinite Chemical that all changed. They are excellent in communication, they work with your schedule and they definitely know what they are doing. If anyone is looking for a new lab, just start with them and save yourself the time. We have found reliable, accurate test results and commitments kept on a regular basis from InfiniteCAL. We were white labeling under another distributor who was in Palm Springs which could have been an obstacle, but they were willing to work with us to schedule pickups and even make an extra trip if we needed service on a day they weren’t normally there. I appreciate the rapport and trust that we have built up from doing business since we both began, and the staff goes above and beyond to pick up and get our test results out as quickly as possible. I’d highly recommend this lab!
